The Fresh Start Pathway—a four-phase, trauma-informed housing program that supports women and families from crisis to independence. Our structured approach provides the tools, compassion, and accountability needed to heal and thrive.

Phase 1: Welcome
Safety & Stabilization
We begin with the basics: safe housing, structured support, and a personalized recovery plan.
- Secure housing in a private or shared room
- Hygiene essentials, meals, and a stable environment
- Curfews and community agreements
- Assigned case planner

Phase 2: Heal
Emotional Recovery & Support
Residents begin addressing trauma and developing daily rhythms of wellness and self-care.
- Peer-led recovery groups
- Referrals for therapy and healthcare
- Emotional wellness practices and relapse prevention tools

Phase 3: Grow
Skill Building & Purpose
This phase equips residents with the skills and confidence needed for independence.
- Job readiness and resume building
- Parenting and life skills workshops
- Budgeting and savings planning
- Weekly progress check-ins

Phase 4: Live
Transition & Independence
Residents prepare for their next chapter, supported by resources and long-term planning.
